CAN THO UNIVERSITY OF MEDICINE AND PHARMACY ORGANIZES SEMINAR ON "LAW ON ENTRY, EXIT, TRANSIT AND RESIDENCE OF FOREIGNERS IN VIETNAM"
On the afternoon of April 24th, 2024, at the Nursing Hall, Can Tho University of Medicine and Pharmacy (CTUMP) organized a seminar on "Law on Entry, Exit, Transit and Residence of Foreigners in Vietnam".
The seminar was attended by Mr. LAM Huu Hoa, Deputy Head of the Can Tho
Exit and Entry Management Department, who presented a report on The general provisions of the Law on Entry,
Exit, Transit and Residence of Foreigners in Vietnam; regulations on temporary
residence; rights and obligations of foreigners; rights and responsibilities of
agencies, organizations and individuals; and handling administrative violations
in the field of exit and entry.
Also attending the seminar were
all Indian and Cambodian students and trainees studying at the University;
officials of relevant units of the University: Inspection
& Legislation Office, Student
Assistance Office, Service and Training
Center for Social demands, Science-Technology &
External Relations Office; AIERAA Company, India; owners of accommodation
facilities receiving foreign students studying at the school...
The seminar was organized with
the aim of disseminating regulations and raising awareness of compliance with
regulations on entry, exit, transit and residence of foreigners in Vietnam to
relevant individuals studying at Can Tho University of Medicine and Pharmacy.
