The two sides commit to cooperate in several professional fields suitable to their functions, tasks, capabilities, and needs. Particularly, the ceremony focuses on cooperation in implementing some contents as follows:

- Cooperate in training and fostering human resources between the two parties and cooperate in building training programs, coordinate teaching at the undergraduate, graduate, and continuing training levels;

- Scientific and technological cooperation to carry out scientific research tasks at all levels, coordinate to build interdisciplinary research groups;

- Accepting learners from both sides for training, research, and job opportunities;

- Sharing facilities for teaching and scientific research purposes.

During the working visit, delegates of Can Tho University of Medicine and Pharmacy visited the facilities and exchanged experiences in training and management of educational facilities with delegates at the International University- Vietnam National University – Ho Chi Minh City.
